Spiritual Therapy

Prayers are a part of every religion and we all pray to receive the blessings of Almighty, however we might name him, Jesus, Sai Baba, Krishna, Nanak or Allah. Spiritual Therapy also includes Meditation related with breathing and relaxing Techniques. Many problems indicated in the Birth Chart are cancelled during Meditation because this positive frame of Mind links the individual to the Supreme Power during Meditation and so the results of his Bad Karmas or actions or Deeds are pardoned and cancelled. One can even achieve MOKSHA or Nirvana as a result of Meditation. He is totally freed from the process of Birth and Death and is liberated. This is the Ultimate aim of Spiritual Therapy.

Meditation in Spiritual Therapy is also related with colors. The seven colors of rainbow, along with Ultra-Violet and Infra-Red correspond with the Nine Planets. Meditation on Colors enables one to imbibe the desired colors in the individual. It should be performed under the guidance of the therapist to give the desired results.

Thus Spiritual therapy helps in an overall development of an individual. It moulds the personality of an individual, provides peace and prosperity and evolves him to gain Eternal bliss.
